Police officers from the support group raided a house on Ribesstraat on Saturday morning, February 14, around 6:00 AM. Two people residing in the house were arrested.
Firearm seized
During a search of the house, led by the examining magistrate, a firearm was found. The firearm has been seized and is being examined by the Netherlands Forensic Institute. This investigation may take several months.
The two arrested suspects, a 19-year-old man from Vlissingen and a 39-year-old woman with an unknown residence, were transferred to a police detention center for questioning. They have been detained and remain in custody.
