From 00:50 hours, the police received reports about a black car speeding through Waltmanstraat in Zwaanshoek. The vehicle collided with a bus and hit several other cars. After the collisions, the driver continued driving in circles in the neighborhood.

Arrest
Officers saw the car driving and signaled the driver to stop. The vehicle had damage to the left front. The damage matched the damaged bus in the street. Witnesses stated they heard a bang and saw the car driving near the damaged bus.
