Men assaulted with stabbing weapon, two suspects arrested in Eindhoven

On the night of Friday 16 to Saturday 17 January, two men were assaulted with a stabbing weapon near a house on Blaarthemseweg in Eindhoven. The victims, including a 45-year-old man from Deurne, were seriously injured. Both were hospitalized. A 48-year-old man and a 46-year-old man have been arrested and are in custody. The police are investigating.
Assault
It is suspected that a conflict occurred beforehand in a nearby café. The involved parties confronted the suspects, after which they were immediately attacked.
The suspects were also injured during the assault and treated for their injuries in the hospital. They are in custody and will be interrogated.
