On Monday, March 16, work will begin on the Slingerweg (N704) and the bike path in Zeewolde. We are improving traffic safety and restoring the road and bike path to good condition.
What will we do?
- We will perform maintenance on the carriageway of the Slingerweg.
- We will extend the bike path at Laakse Hoek to the parking lot under the Nijkerkerbrug.
- We will renovate the bike path along the Slingerweg.
- Trees that caused damage to the bike path have been cut down. New trees will be planted later.
Closure and detour
The western intersection of the Slingerweg and the on- and off-ramp of the Nijkerkerweg (N301) is temporarily closed. Through traffic between these roads is not possible during this time.
Traffic is detoured via:
- Nijkerkerweg (N301)
- Gooiseweg (N305)
- Eemmeerdijk (N704)
Cyclists follow a short detour. This is indicated by signs.
Planning
The work will last until Friday, April 19, 2026. Please allow for extra travel time.
