Cultural institutions can apply for a subsidy of up to €24,999 for, for example, a concert, performance, festival, or exhibition. The scheme will open four times during the 2025-2028 period. In this first round, €300,000 is available.
The scheme was already announced in the policy document Tosken yn in nije tiid, which was adopted by the Provincial States in June 2024. The assessment will explicitly take accessibility and broad impact into account.
Interested organizations can submit their applications from December 9, 2025, to February 10, 2026. Applications are processed in order of receipt. Within 13 weeks after submitting the application, it will be announced whether a project qualifies for a subsidy.
