At around 08:00, officers from the National Expertise and Operations unit checked a car on the A28 near Zwolle. During the check, officers saw a box in the back containing several smaller boxes. Further investigation revealed that the boxes contained crystals. It soon raised suspicions of narcotics, and investigation confirmed that it was Crystal Meth. The elderly man, 69 years old from Delft, has been arrested for questioning. The drugs, which could fetch half a million euros on the illegal market, have been confiscated.
