Around 00:30 hours, the police received a report that shots were heard near Vrakkerveld in Weert.
Arrests
Officers were able to arrest four suspects shortly thereafter. These include a 24-year-old man from Brussels, two 19-year-old men from Eindhoven, and a 20-year-old man from Eindhoven. They are in custody for further investigation.
The motive for the shooting incident is still under investigation.
