The resident of the Duindorp district in The Hague sensed something was wrong when she received a call from someone claiming to be an officer who would come by to secure valuables. Therefore, she immediately made an emergency call (112) to the real police, who responded right away. At the same time, an appointment was made with the fake officer. When he rang the doorbell, his so-called colleagues were at the door and immediately arrested him. The suspect turned out to be a minor from Leiden who will have to answer for his actions later.
