Today, involved residents, housing corporations, and the Municipality of Breda presented the Tuinzigt Neighborhood Plan 2026–2035. The plan marks an important moment for a district with a strong character. A neighborhood of doers, football fans, and residents proud of their community, but also where some people sometimes feel lonely or unsafe. In the coming years, Tuinzigt will change significantly due to new construction projects such as Blossom, Bread, Fonkel, and Lunext. This offers opportunities but also requires a joint ambition and approach.
